Reclaim your space, at the push of a button

A roller garage door rolls vertically into a slim box above the opening — so nothing swings out into the drive and nothing takes up room on the ceiling. You get the full drive-through width and height of your garage back, and you can park right up to the door.

Ours are built from insulated, double-skin aluminium slats for a door that's warmer, quieter and tougher than a cheap single-skin steel shutter — and every one is made to measure to the millimetre, finished in the colour you choose. Fitted by our own team across London and backed by a 2-year warranty.

  • Insulated aluminium — warmer, quieter garage
  • Electric as standard: remote, wall switch, key or app
  • Safety edge, obstacle detection & manual override
  • Any RAL colour, plus woodgrain finishes

Why a roller door

Roller vs up-and-over or sectional

All three are good doors — but a roller wins where space and simplicity matter most. Here's the honest comparison.

Insulated aluminium, made to measure

Double-skin aluminium slats are foam-filled for insulation and strength, corrosion-resistant and factory powder-coated — a low-maintenance door that still looks new years later. Individual slats can be replaced if ever damaged.

Operation & safety

Effortless to use, safe by design

Your choice of control

Handheld remote, wall switch, key switch or smart-app control — open before you even reach the drive.

Obstacle detection

A safety edge on the bottom rail stops and reverses the door if anything's in the way as it closes.

Anti-drop brake

A safety brake holds the curtain if anything ever fails — it can't come crashing down.

Manual override

An emergency release lets you open the door by hand if the power's out.

Auto-locking security

The motor holds the door firmly closed, and anti-lift stops it being forced up.

Quiet running

Aluminium slats run more smoothly and quietly than single-skin steel — kinder for attached garages.

Why homeowners choose them

The everyday benefits

Warmer garage

Insulated slats cut heat loss — a real plus if your garage is a gym, workshop or utility space.

No tracks on the ceiling and nothing swinging out — full width, height and driveway back.

Secure

Auto-locking motor and anti-lift give proper peace of mind for the car and everything in the garage.

Kerb appeal

Clean, modern lines in the colour of your choice — a smart upgrade to the front of the house.

Low maintenance

Powder-coated aluminium doesn't rust or need painting — just an occasional wipe.

FAQs

Roller garage doors — your questions

If you use the garage for anything more than parking — a gym, workshop, utility or home office — yes. The foam-filled aluminium slats keep it warmer and quieter, and they're stronger and last longer than single-skin steel. They're also smoother and quieter to run, which matters for garages attached to the house.

Both are insulated double-skin aluminium. The 77mm profile is stronger and suits wider openings (like double garages); the 55mm is ideal for standard single garages. We'll recommend the right one for your size on the survey.

Very little — the curtain rolls into a compact box just above the opening, with no tracks running back along the ceiling and nothing swinging out. You keep the full drive-through width and height and can park right up to the door. We check the available headroom at survey.

A safety edge on the bottom rail detects obstructions and stops/reverses the door, an anti-drop safety brake stops the curtain falling if anything fails, and an emergency manual release lets you open it by hand. Electric operation includes an automatic safety cut-out as standard.

There's an emergency manual override so you can open the door by hand, and we can add a battery backup so it keeps working through an outage. You'll never be locked out of your own garage.

Yes — as well as handheld remotes, wall and key switches, we can fit smart-app control so you can open, close and check the door from your phone.

Popular whites, greys (anthracite is a favourite) and blacks, wood-effect finishes, or any RAL/BS colour to match your windows, front door or render — all powder-coated and low-maintenance.

Every door is made to your exact opening, colour and controls, so we don't quote a fixed figure online.
